Information you provide

Sign-in provides an account identity. The site stores the profile details, job drafts, preferences, uploaded documents, and correspondence you save. Employer contact details and job information support listing review and partnership discussions.

How information is used

We use this information to operate your workspace, review listings, respond to requests, and manage service access. Approved job details and application links appear publicly. Account-specific workspace records are restricted to the relevant account; authorized administration supports operations and review.

Public listing clicks are counted. Public-page traffic uses a random browser-session identifier in session storage, with one record per page per day. Raw IP addresses, query strings, and candidate names are not stored in these traffic records. Tracking respects the browser Do Not Track setting. Following an application link takes you to another website with its own privacy practices.

Service providers and AI

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication, database storage, and private document storage. Stripe processes payments when checkout is enabled; card details are entered with Stripe. Grok, provided by xAI, processes the messages you send to the assistant along with relevant saved workspace context. Avoid putting sensitive personal information into chat.

Your choices

You can edit your workspace details and close your listings. Email partners@crnajobmarket.com to request access, correction, or deletion of account information. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or unresolved service matters. Reply unsubscribe to stop partnership emails.
